ok, i officially hate all calling stations, at first it was like just adding to my chip lead. But now im mad!
ok im at like 1200 chips low stack and 4 get paid 5 left.
im delt a 10, in the bb (600)
so i think about it. and push.
get 1 caller.

You're only around a 3-2 favorite pre-flop, stuff like that happens all the time. Sucks going out on the bubble though.

uggh, i dont understand pot odds i know how to get my percentage but not know when to fold/bet

Pot odds don't matter here, you went all-in with two overcards vs two undercards so you were about 60/40 to win. Losing that is not a very bad beat despite the 10 on the flop and then the running 8s. If you had gone all-in on the flop and been called by 86 then, it would have been savage but the way it worked out going all-in pre-flop, it just gets notched up as a loss with a 60/40 edge really.
On a side note - you've not given us any info on the guy that called. You had 1200 chips and the BB was 600 so you were incredibly short stacked. Going all-in for only twice the BB was going to see AT LEAST one person call with absolutely anything if they had a reasonable stack. Hell, I'd probably push here with 86o and a small stack just to try and knock you out. Best case scenario, like here, I have two live cards............
