"Championship Satellite Strategy" by Tom McEvoy and Brad Daugherty... it's second title is "How to Turn a Toothpick into a Lumberyard"....
it's a good book if you already know how to play.... if you're succesful already at satellites, then it should tell you things that you should probably already know "instintively"... it just sets on paper some familiar things
