I know they both have kings aces but i player A has another pair without using just the community cards does he win.

Player A has AAKK7

Player B has AAKK9

Player B wins.

The way you wrote the players hands is not real clear but I read it as player 1 having A 2 while player 2 has A 9. As you said, both players have two pair A's and K's but player 2's kicker makes him the winner. Player 1 has A A K K 7 while player 2 has A A K K 9.

Edit:Sundance was writing the same time I was. Oh well, at least we agree. Wink
