need help from stud players

I am trying to get into stud HI but I am having trouble remembering what cards have been folded. Does any one have any tips that may help me?

Practice with a deck of cards in front of you at your house. Remember the most important decision you make is on third street, and you should gauge your critical outs there... from there it should be easy to keep track of the cards that interest you (you don't need to remember every card after all).
