A dealt card that hasn't been mucked or burned.

2. "3-bet"

It’s a fixed limit term used to refer to the size of a bet, but not 100% sure. Best ask a FL player for a better description.

In My Opinion

3-bet is a term in limit for a ReRaise I believe. The next bet after that is called the "Cap". After the cap, it can only be called and not reraised by anyone.
Example:
Villain BETS
Hero Raises
Villain 3-Bets (ReRaise)
Hero Caps.

I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure this is the case.

"Live cards" is generally used to indicate that a player who is all in has different cards from other players in the hand and therefore has "outs".

It's the opposite of being "dominated"

e.g. A Heart K Spade V K Heart Q Club KQ is "dominated" by AK so if a K hits then AK has a better kicker whereas the Q is a "live card"

A Heart K Spade v 6 Diamond 7 Diamond 67 has both cards "live" so therefore has more outs than KQ which is dominated.

3 bet is indeed a reraise in fixed limit games.

IMO is indeed In My Opinion (can also be IMHO where the 'H' = Honest)

Wrong, the H means Humble! 1-0 to Andy.

Another useful acronym:
NH = you fish (or NickHow)

Depends who's saying it or why i suppose, but IMHO it's Honest, so 1-1 to Andy('s)
