So whats the answer??????

First impression is KK.
Big raised followed by a slow play on a fairly safe looking flop.
I supposed AKs is possible too.

Pretty obvious KK I thought.
1) I have never seen a limp / re-raise with anything less than AA or KK. This prolly happens at higher limits, but I've never seen it.
2) When an A and a K hit the board he MUST have a piece unless he has QQ. If he did have QQ would you not expect a continuation bet?
Don't have the rest of the hand history but it went something like....
Turn was a rag
Villian bet $6
Hero raised to $15
Villian pushed
Hero thought long and hard... okay maybe it was an insta call and my set held.... followed by his crying.

Skrib, this happens frequently with me. I was playing a $16 SnG on Stars a little while ago. I was shortstacked, but not so bad I had to push every decent hand I got. I pick up AKo, 1 limper ahead of me. I raise 3xBB. Folds to the limper who pushes. I felt obligated to call. He turns over 88. I go runner runner straight. Lucky me.

SNG is a whole different beast than a cash game.

I was 99.9% sure he had a set of kings so I could slow down. Only thing that would beat me is the case king or running diamonds IF he had the K of diamonds. I don't slowplay often, but in this case I was sure I had him.
