Man I had to be crazy on that second hand, but I knew they all had spades. 8)

I hate the second hand. Mediocre cards, out of position, a possible str8 flops with a flush draw out there. Honestly, you shouldn't have taken a flop with these fairly uncoordinated cards in MP.

I won't disagree with you over the second hand, but let me say a few things in my defense.
1. The table was ULTRA passive. People would not bet the flop with less than a set, and would not raise without the nuts.
2. My hand was quite marginal, but they weren't the worst, since I had some gap connectors, and I was double suited with an ace. Implied odds on this table were huge if I could hit a flop, but in a more aggressive game I agree that this is a clear fold.
On the flop, I decided to take a stab and see where I stood my representing a strong hand. If anyone raised, I was out of there, but I figured I had at least a 50% chance to either win the pot or get it heads-up, which means if no spade falls on the turn, I'd probably win. I could have just checked, but by betting, I took control of the hand and gave myself options on the turn.
The turn could not have helped anyone, so I decided that another bet had a great shot at taking this pot. The two callers here could not have had anything but a spade draw to call all that without raising. So I knew that if no spade fell on the river, it was mine.
The river I took a big risk, but I knew they had missed their draws, and was 90% confident this bet would win for me. It was not my finest selection of cards, and I shouldn't have done this from MP, but I felt that I was controlling the tempo of the hand the entire way.
I definitely respect your right to hate the way I played it though.
