Looks to me like he got top pair and you're about to scoop on him. But I've been done wrong so many times in low limit with a non-nut flush that I've become weary of them, especially since many people these days will aggressively bet draws. Only hand with diamonds in it I can see him having is K Q . Otherwise, he might have like AK with or without the K .
I might make a smallish value bet on the turn and a slightly larger value bet on the river if no comes.

You better be, or your flop play makes no sense.

Hard to say if your ahead or not here but I agree with Tamed, you better be. He flat called your river so I don't think I could put him on a K high flush just yet. If no hits the river then I think your safe and should push. He has two pair I think based on the betting patterns.

I'm not really sure what else you might be after. With that flop, the only thing you could have wanted was another diamond.
Maybe this is a case where you needed to consider what you wanted to happen before making the bet on the flop. The only way it could've went "right" for you was to catch a flush (excluding the runner-runner straight possibility); thus, once that hits, it seems like you need to bet.
I don't know a push is out of order; might get rid of a higher single diamond. I'd guess it's a good play, but he sure has you covered easily enough. I could see an argument for a informational bet too. I'm not a NL player much, no help on what the right bet size is--but you do need to bet.

Your stack is so short it doesn't really matter if you are up against a higher flush. You don't really have to worry about that stuff untill you go deep.

Positives
In this situation the odds are good that you’re not up against another made flush.
The board has brought over flush cards. This reduces the cards that can beat you.
One of the cards is the Ace. Ax suited is much more popular the Kx suited so the chance of someone holding a made flush is again reduced.
Negatives:
You’re flush is awful.
The pre-flop action suggests you’re facing lots of overcards and one could very well be a diamond.
Both your flush cards are low. This doesn’t matter so much now because most of your strength comes from the fact that you need 2 of them. However if another diamond lands on the river you’re in trouble. This is why A rag suited is so popular, you don’t have to worry if the board turns into a four flush and counterfeits your rag.

Nicely put.
I don’t think I’d have played it the same but you played it with confidence in your flush. You made your flush so play it.

I was once playing a limit ring game and thought I was king when I made a flush much like yours Zinno. I bet and was raised. I re-raised and was 3 bet no. I capped and called. Next card same thing. I thought this guy really wants me off this pot. I had him figured for TPTK. Man was I wrong. After I was all in and we were down to the river I discovered he had a flush as well, problem was he had the AK high vs my donk 9 high.
Had the same thing happen as well where I had the nut flush (or so I thought) and the other guy had a straight flush. That is just plan nasty.
