He is open ended and if he puts you on just two overs he may think he is ahead.

I agree.
Not only are you up against unknown sets, but straight and flush draws ater the flop. But KK with that board, I'd probably push for a big call too.
Same siht happens on $100nl.... hardly a bad beat.

I agree that it’s technically not a bad beat, I think he’s just annoyed about the pre-flop calls.
Kind of like if you raise 15xBB with AA, someone calls and makes 2 pair (7’s and 2’s) on the flop. Maybe we need a “Bad Board” sub forum for all of the hands we get outdrawn on

agreed. don't really see the "bad beat" in this hand. the preflop 1.50$ call is questionable. but hey, we all gotta take chances and risks.

Yesterday...live...3/6...
Hero is on the BB with AA. Raise, call, re-raise, I three-bet, original caps, calls three bets, calls two, I call.
Flop comes J55.
I get beat by the old bag that calls three bets with 52 (sooted!).
