Started with 30 2 weeks ago. Ran it up to 170. In the past 3 days, turned that into 45. I was'nt playing to high above my level, just constant bad beats. 2 hands that happened from today:

I've also been 1-outed on the river 5 times these past 3 days, I just didnt have the guts to keep those HH. I'm taking a break, and just hoping my luck turns around. (Comments on those hands if you think I played those wrong also appreciated)

The first hand something looks really wrong with the hand history so I can't really tell what was going on. If the Ace fell on the turn then I think you might have overplayed top pair on a scary board.
As for the second hand, going all in on a pretty weak draw is going to get outdrawn a good bit of the time even by lesser hands. Your M is getting low so I don't really mind the push, but you can't expect to win everytime you get called.
