I say check-raise all-in or push on the turn if nobody bites. That's a nice juicy pot, and people are bound to call you with a lot of marginal hands here. There's a lot of money in that pot, and you have enormous equity. There really isn't a wrong move here as long as you get all your chips in.

Personally, though, I would have reraised to about 500 or 600 before the flop though.

Personally I like the check raise that Diamond mentions. Based on that flop though I might be a little scared to let it drag on too long for fear on someone making a better hand. I say push here and take this pot down. The most likely caller will be someone playing AK.
