I am not positive I have seen this guy in an event, and if I have, I didn't notice him. What's the big deal with Goehring? Just don't like him?
Didn't JC Tran have a HUGE chiplead going into the final table?
Also, looks like James Woods got pretty lucky and finished 24th.

From the broadcasts, Alan just sucks. I think he won the big $25,000 buy in event at the Bellagio during the first season... he was one of those calling station type guys. Just got really lucky sort of guy. The only one worse than him is Noli Francisco.

You forgot Danny Nguyen... by far the worst WPT (or possibly any) champion in history. Ok, maybe Varkonyi is worse.
Still, Alan must be doing something right, because he keeps cashing in these tournaments.

Maybe, I was thinking of Danny Nguyen... I remember they were playing in San Francisco... it was teh episode that featured "the statue" and Goose Hinson.

Noli won the Borgata Open in Season Two. Danny Nguyen won the Bay 101 Shooting Star in Season Three.
