if their are 8 people at a table and the blind have gone up 3 rounds, and you get dealth A4 offsuit, this should always be flolded same as A2, A3, A5?? am i right, any advice with these cards

fold it. you shouldnt be playing those until your around 5 handed or less.

if i'm in late position and everybody folds to me, there is a good chance i'll try to steal the blinds....but i'm assuming your playing no limit...
its approximately average EV, so that combined w/ position....i'll definitely play it a good amount from late position...
early or middle position, its definitely getting folded....if i get it on the blinds, calling a double is totally fine, but u've gotta expect to have kicker problems unfortunately, but it should be easy to figure out where you stand compared to others by being first to bet
