Wow.

Your only chances were to lay it down preflop (which is what I would have done...I steal sometimes but J3o?) or bet the flop. After villian makes the four flush on the turn he is probably not going away.

Any way you look at it, thats a horrible beat. My condolences.

Doh!
Awful turn and river for you.
I'm assuming, or rather, hoping that you were just trying to steal with the J3o preflop.
There's no way you're not going broke on this hand unless you...
A. Fold preflop
B. Put him on a bigger boat somehow and fold on the turn or river.
C. He doesn't have enough chips to cover you.

Tough hand.

The closest I've seen was this hand:
NL ring $.50/$1
Hero has $54 Villain has $52
Hero(me): Q Spade J Spade
Villian: A Heart K Club
Hero is BB.
Folds to villain on the button who raises to $2.50 (as he had every other time he was on the button).
Hero calls.
Flop: K Spade A Club 10 Spade
Turn: 2 Heart
River: A Spade
He hit the nut boat at the same time I hit my royal. Twisted Evil
I'd bet pot on the flop and turn and he'd called. I did so again on the river and he pushed. I have to admit that I was jumping up and down yelling at everyone in the other room "I just hit a royal and I'm going to get PAID!!!"
