My picks going into Round 3:

Chesnoff over McManus
Ferguson over Arieh

Seed over Fischman (close call)
Greenstein over Vahedi (another close one)

Negreanu over Cloutier
Grey over Sheikhan (if there is any justice in the universe)

Forrest over Dureck
Farha over Mizrachi (way too close to call)

My picks are doing well so far aside from Chesnoff. Smile

Edit 1: Ferguson wins, Chesnoff loses, Greenstein wins, and Seed wins. I'm three for four so far. Smile

Edit 2: Negreanu defeats Cloutier, Farha defeats Mizrachi, Forrest wins, Grey loses. 6/8

Quarterfinal picks:
1. Ferguson over McManus
2. Greenstein over Seed
3. Negreanu over Sheikhan (otherwise I might just die)
4. Forrest over Farha

Assuming those four make it to the semis, I would say it's anyone's game from there, but if I had to bet, I would bank on a Negreanu vs. Forrest final, and that's really too close to call.

Interesting...Greenstein took out his protege, Tuan Le. I can't wait to watch this on TV.

Diamond, you mean Negraneu vs. Forrest in the SEMIs, right? They are on the same side of the bracket and would have to play each other to go to the finals.

I predict:

Ferguson over Forrest.

f*ck f*ck f*ck f*ck

HOW CAN SHEIKHAN KEEP WINNING????????

Well, hopefully Ted Forrest will finish that ass-hat off.

Next round picks:
Forrest over Sheikhan (or I seriously will die)
Ferguson over Seed

My prediction is still alive! Ferguson over Forrest for the W.

Thank the Lord! There is Justice in this world. Forrest took out Sheiky!

Boo Ya....

/me does Sheikhan elimination dance.

I'll make it interesting and take Forrest over Ferguson so me and Dat Dude can rail two dif. guys (and honestly I like Forrest's chances slightly more than Ferguson's, but it's basically a toss up in my mind. They are both fine players).
