SnG Hand

Fairly early in the SnG as you can see. Villain is a total calling station and quite frankly, not a very good player. I got some of my chips because he called me down chasing a flush and missed.

Now, I wasn't sure what to put him on after he called my flop bet, but I smelled something like QJ. Do you like the Turn bet after the Ace hit? Should I play it safe and get out?

Time to fold. I'm not sure why you bet the turn when the worst card in the deck for you came out. You're looking to show this hand down cheap when someone in a superior position has called you down every step of the way.

I'm 99% sure you're beat here, and any call will commit you to the pot, so get out now and hope to rebuild.

To be honest, the Ace didn't scare me a whole lot. I have seen villain call down with middle pairs a lot and actually thought he might fold to this bet.

So you think that since the Ace hit, I should just concede the hand completely without getting more information?

If you want to bet for information, I would make a more probing bet than 500. 500 is an awfully big bet just to see where you stand in the hand. I might just repeat my flop bet rather than commit such a large amount when a scary card like that hits.

im with the cutter on this one

i probably would've played it the same just to appease my balls on the turn, but you're losing now, i'd guess AJ
