Ok, talk about bad months... I've compiled a list of why Feb. SUCKED.
Hand One: This was in a $5 Stars rebuy (well AFTER the rebuy period... if I win this hand, I become the chip leader for the whole tourney). I have AA and raise it up preflop 4x the BB. One caller. Flop was Q72. I bet and the opponent raises all-in. I call instantly, and he shows A8. Turn 8. River 8. That's lovely.
Hand Two: This one really takes the cake. This was in a $100 NL cash game. I just got onto the table so I have the full $100. Another guy keeps losing and rebuying to $100. I get AK on the button after he limps in, and I raise to $5 ($0.5/$1 blinds). He calls, and the flop comes AK6. He bets $25 and I raise all-in. He calls. Turn comes an 8. River 8. Then the cards are shown. He has K8! Are you f*cking shitting me???????? There was a nice little $100 suckout.
Hand Three: This was at a $50 PL Omaha table. I got KK75 in the SB and completed the bet after several limpers called. Flop came KT7 with two hearts (no hearts in my hand). I bet the pot and loose dumbass in the BB calls. Turn was a heart. I checked and he checked behind me. River came the T of hearts, I bet the pot, he doubled my bet and I'm thinking, great, he's got the A-high flush. So I push in all my chips. After running down his whole time bank he calls with TT53. Quads. One outter. Slowroll. f*ck you very much and die, please.

Hand one: Awful. You got in with the best of it. Not much more you can do.
Hand two: Worse. It doesn't help to know that these players will pay you off when they get lucky on you. Now you have to beat them twice and hope they don't get lucky again.
Hand three: One of the many reasons I hate Omaha. The more I play this game the more I lose to 1-2 outers on the river. I have vowed never to play it again.
Not much you can do but flick off the poker gods and keep going for it. They can't get lucky all of the time.
