came 16th , had $600,000 loose agressive guy in early poppped it up to $120,000 (bb 40k) , i pushed all in wiht AKos, and he called for nearly his whole stack with 2 2. and turned trips, $1,300,000 pot hes 2nd in chips now, im really stunned he comes this fart to call with 2 2. Oh well, I not gonna win any tourenys if i cant even beat pocket 2s.I lost JJ to AK, and had to lay QQ when i got 2 cllers pre flop and flop came K 6 6 , they both had KQ LOL! Even tho i cashed for $600 I am v v disapointed.

I don't think I could've folded QQ preflop. I'm not trying to be results oriented, but I can't say that I'd fold this hand preflop. Now, if the flop came out as the other did with a K or A on it, I can see laying it down on the flop, but preflop I'm going to push. I would figure I'm ahead a large percentage of the time here.
Out of curiosity, how many were in the tourney?

I'm amazed they got all in with that crap. Sucks you had to lay down the ladies, but I might have done the same. I would have to think at least one of those crazy bastards had rockets or cowboys. At the very least I'd think I was up against AK. Wow.
Grats on cashing though, I know you're disapointed, but it sounds like you played well.

Yeah those hand seemed brutal but it seem like you still did very well. About the QQ hand its a hard decision with 2 all ins but you have to figure if you woulda have been more pissed if you called and on of them turned KK or AA. i dont know depend if you saw them push with similar hands before i guess.

With 20bb left in my stack I'm probably not folding QQ either. In the later stages of MTTs (at PokerStars anyways) even marginal hands gain value when facing all-ins against shortstacks. I don't see folding QQ in this spot.

I would have gone all in & made it up to the other guy to call all his chips with 2 people all in.
I don't call 2 all in's here (if one or both have me covered), but I'm not afraid to push in that spot.

Think about it & it gets a little easier to understand. Big stack raises with AQ. Low stack at the table pushes. Big stack makes an easy call.
Not to say I like the push with A2, but it is far from the strangest thing I have seen at a poker table. Plus his M is under 5, so he doesn't have much longer to last anyway.

Yeah, it didn't seem as funky after I went back and re-read and pondered it

Nice! :D
The problem I can see with it is when u have that low M, you still want to be the pusher, not the caller. The A2 should have had an easy fold there.
In any case, if A2 would have folded, I would have re-raised the initial raiser.
Just because a short stack entered the hand all in, I would still be fairly certain I had him beat due to the wide range of hands he could be playing, so I would still be in there raising after the short stack went all in.
