So he decides to limp-in utg+1 with QJs than call an all-in. He had doubled me up a few hands later in the exact same situation except I had 7s. I'm a 95% favorite on the flop and a 88% favorite on the turn...

I have less than 10bb and the utg limper has been limping a lot with marginal hands. I didn't move-in because A7 is a great hand, I moved-in because I thought there was a very good chance I was ahead.
