The other day i was play texas hold'em and i had a horrible beat. I had a commanding chip lead over the other two players. One went all in a fter the flop which was called by the other. I had a flush and straight draw with a pair of sevens already, so I decided to call and raise the other all in, another $1.50. So the turn card gave me my straight, the only way I could lose was if the river paired the board. Not only did this happen and give one of the other players a full house, it was the same card that I needed to get my straight. It took a while to get over that hand.

if i'm understanding correctly, someone already had two pairs before the river while you were on a flush/straight draw. you weren't even ahead in the hand early, so i'd hardly call this a bad beat (a very over-used term, by the way) you just got outdrawn. with a commanding chip lead, this was not a particularily strong hand, especially when calling an all-in.
