In a 5/10/20 limit game you would bet $10 at the flop then $20 on the turn. If another player wanted to raise would they be required to bet $40 or double the initial $20? Then $80 and $160 for any re-raises? Is this correct.
In no Limit would these be the minimum amounts a player could bet?

Almost, it'd be $20 -> $40 -> $60 -> $80 for raise and reraises.

Minimum bets in NL on any given round of betting is the price of the big blind. A minimum raise is at lease the amount of the previous bet, so if:
Player 1 bets $10
Then Player 2 raises and has to bet at least (10+10) $20. Let's say he raises $30 to a total of $40 bet.
Then Player 1 re-raises and has to bet at least (40+30) $70.
