First time post , long time reader , just a simple thought.
If your bad beat pots ( silly to recall big pots you've suffered beats on , but im applying bankroll theory right now , logging EVERYTHING ) are more then you've won , are you officially unlucky ? 
I'll just talk buy in's , as im playing slightly lower limit NL. At my best , i was up 6 buy ins , But this week I;ve been on a horrid shit swing , I've lost 6 days straight , about 10 buy in's worth , havnt left the casino ahead more then 1 buy in in 6 days :
Anywho , I can recall 4 seperate pots , together would equal about 20 buy ins for me , so am i unlucky ? ;P
For the record , Been playing poker , hold-em specifically , for about 5 years now. Seen all there is to see really , in and out of many casinos. My first shot at playing poker more then just as a hobby , I lost over 2000$ in one week , 8 seperate times , all with pocket kings. Kinda gave up on poker after that , that and I simply didnt have the bankroll for 100$ NL at the time , and the casino was quite a drive away.
But this time around , seeing as i love poker ( a curse i swear ) I decided i would do thigns right. I'm playing 20-40( buy in min max ) poker NL , recording every penny i spend , set myself aside 600$ , and im giving this the professional try.
I'm kinda broke right now , why im steaming over loseing a couple hundred bucks in the last week , but man , what a shitty week.
Really just wanna say hi to everyone  Im gonna goto dealer school i decided , and will be dealing as soon as possible. Is it true poker dealers make about 40,000 a year ? ( to start , dealing the nnoe 'big' games ).
