Call. All you're worried about is 85, which isn't very likely.
Are you really going to fold this?

Not 8-5. I am confident that I have the best hand at this point. But with 3 all-inn against, I figure someone has hit a set , someone is probably drawing to a flush and someone might be drwaing to a higher straight. Of course all kinds of logic says I really should call here, but my gut feeling is that Im gonne be outrawn.

Folding the nuts or second-nuts for fear of being outdrawn isn't a good strategy. Don't ajust your play to avoid getting outdrawn on, it's part of the game.
I call every single time and have no regrets win or lose.

You put your money in with the best hand, you can't do any better than that.
Now please don't be results oriented, don't fold the best hand!

You are never (well, except for maybe in a horribly rare circumstance I can't think of) required to be an odd-on favorite to win a hand in order to play on profitably.
"but my gut feeling is that Im gonne be outrawn."
Interestingly, there ARE some very oddball situations fourhanded where you' actually not an odds-on favorite in the hand with 35 here. Needless to say, those aren't common, and though I haven't done the math, you're probably getting good enough odds anyway.
