I have been waiting for 48 hours to be paid out $20000.... gETTING SLIGHTLY ANNOYING. Any one else had this problem before?

LOL. I've never cashed out for anywhere near that much, but 48 hours wouldn't surprise me. I would probably wait another day and then start making phone calls. I think it's a fairly popular site so I doubt you would have any problems.

I use to play SnGs on Will Hill, their support is indeed very poor. I complained a couple of times about connection problems that cost me a buy-in and didn’t get a response.
In the end I just emptied my account and left.

I've waited over a week for cashouts before. Don't take it lightly, especially if it's 20k, but don't freak out over 48 hours
