Yesterday I played in a local game, 20 dollar buy in. I was hovering around 30 bucks for a few hours, till one hand about 4 hours into the game.
I got K Q suited hearts on the big blind. A few people called the blind in front of me, then the small blind raised it 4 bucks. He had been stealing the blinds here and there, and I figured my hand was pretty good, I raised him 25 all-in. Someone who just limped in called, the raiser folded.
My caller had 2 3 offsuit, for a 25 dollar bet. Before the flop came down i asked him wtf he was doing. He said "well I figure if you go in for that much youre going to have big cards, so if no big cards fall then i win"
Flop came Jh 3c 10h, turn was 6d, river 5s. He called 30 bucks (blind, 4 dollar bet, 25 dollar reraise) with 2 3 and beat my KQ suited.

No hard feelings it happends. I know anytime im all in the cards can fall a certain way and stuff just happends.

preflop you are 62% leader, thats only a 2:1 chance i dont really think it was good enough odds to be going all in with, however saying that .... 23os is 38% and 1:2 so the other guy is an idiot
funnily enough your chances of winning actually go up on the flop
but then decrease dramatically
