2 examples here , just want to here some criticism.
some information: Table is mildly aggressive pre-flop , not so much on the flop , for the most part passive ( pre and on the flop , turn and river is where people start action typically ) , maybe a large raise pre with a solid hand. Guy on my left calls too much and is the same for a guy accross from me( im seat 2).
*edit: more information: 20/40$ min max buy in NL cash game , have about 45$ pre flop with both hands. With each hand , 2 of the players in the hand have you covered. With both hands , no one in the hand with less then 20$
Hand 1: UTG + 3 A 10
Comes to me , i make it 4$ to go , nothing big , more of a build the pot raise. 6 callers lol.
Flop: 2 5 7 rainbow , but one club.
SB checks BB makes it 3 , 2 callers , you?
Hand 2: BB 2 4
i think it was 4 limpers , makeing it 6 of us to the flop.
Flop: 3 5 K
I check , player bets 5 $ ( i can tell its top pair ) , 2 callers behind her , back to you , what do you do?
Conclusion , I smoothe called each time.
With hand one , theres alot of money in the pot , as when i called everyone called lol. Hopeing for a jqk of clubs on the turn , i can bluff at , or an ace or ten and im 99% sure im good. Turn was blank , and i folded.
With hand two , What i was thinking is , if i hit the str8 , I was gonna get paid off big time , as my str8 was very sneaky with these players in the pot. I would have checked , top pair wuold again bet and possibly bet bigger , figured one of the otehr two would call maybe both , and now ive got a monster pot. Or if a scare card hits the turn , i may get a free look at the river. Turn was blank , i check , top pair bet a little bigger , again both call and i fold. Top pair was good.

Just a word of advice. Try to include (as accurately as is possible) stack sizes, stakes, etc. in your examples. It will make it easier for people to give input 8)

Done and done

Hand1 it's pretty hard to lay down. Sounds like you had to call $3 to win $39 (am I right?) 13-1 on your money... practically any hand should call that. With that many players in the hand I wouldn't raise it, but that's just me. Call.
Hand2 I woulda raised to see where I was at, build the pot, and maybe take it down right there (4,2 isn't winning any high-card wars).

Fold preflop. Just kidding.
I agree with Tadzio on both hands. You had nothing but odds in the first hand.
In the second, you need more info on the flop. Also, a call yells to your opponents that you're on a draw.
