I'm playing in an online tournament. Top six will move on to a WSOP satellite tournament. Seventh place gets some money.
It's the final table, 8 players present. I'm second lowest with a little more than 4K, stakes are up around 400/800.
I catch pocket aces. I raise before the flop. Flop comes with highest card a 10, rainbow, no threat for a straight. I bet, I get two callers. Turn comes Q. I bet, one fold one caller. The caller is the chip leader who has been playing very aggressively. River is a 6. I bet, he calls again, and he has a Q and a 6 -- two pair earned on the turn and river to beat my pocket aces.
The next hand that I play I'm on big blind with 3 4 offsuit. Fortunately nobody raises before the flop. My chips are dangerously low. I get lucky and catch two pair on the flop, 3, 4, Ace. Player to my right chekcs, I check, the button bets. Player to my right calls. If I call I'll be left with a little over 100 so I raise all in. Turn and river are Q and K. The player to my right had pocket Ks, and knocks me out with trips.
I finish 8th, one place short of the money. I proceed to bang my head against my desk.

Is this a NL tourney? If so, I have no sympathy for losing with AA to the Big stack. If not, Truely a bad beat.

Yeah why wouldnt you have moved all in after the flop. Or even preflop. Depending on the chip stacks.
