Hello All,
I am a part time semi "pro" (I hate using the word) online player. I have a full time job, but my poker earnings help pay the mortgage on my new house, as well as bills around the house.
I play on Party Poker, Full Tilt and occasionally Poker Stars (I have found that the quality of player on PS is so horrid that the site is not even worth going on)
Anyways,
I play on the 2/4 NL and PL tables on PP. A typical month will net me a bit over 1200 in earnings. Yesterday I was sitting on a 2/4 NL table on PartyPoker. I buy in for my typical 200, and about an hour later I am up to around 600. A guy comes in with $400 and immediately calls all-in pre flop. Personally I hate all-in pre flops on cash games, However I am looking at:
A A
I call.
The board shows 4, 5, 7, 10, 2 (don't remember suit)
I look over at his 4,5o that he went all in with and the pot is his...
Next hand, AGAIN he goes all in, this time I have K K (I never get good runs like this)
board comes A, J, 2, 2, 7
You guessed it....his again. He shows 2-8o.
This happened atleast 3 other times, In the end I lost about 1500 in one day playing premium cards the correct way.
The sad thing is it never caught up to him, he left the table with over 2k in the end, going all in on ANYTHING pre flop.
Days like this ruin poker for me

We know how you feel, not much you can do but ride it out. Just play your game.

These are the guys you love to see sit down at your table. All you can do is play your game. Eventually you will come out on top so just wait it out. This happened to me at a casino after sitting at the same table for a few hours too many, up a good amount of money that guy comes to play. He cracked a few people but i got the best of him by waiting for a good hand and letting him pay me. In the end he left down.
