Congrats!!! What were u playing when u went on a run like that and how long did it take you?
I assume 7 racks of $5 chips (i dont know, all ive played with at the casino so far is $5 chips so its just a guess)?

$2 chips, but still over $1k in 8 hours. About 1/2 6/12 and 1/2 8/16
Hands....hmmm....so much wonderful play it is hard to decide.........
1) 6/12, 86 off in mid position after 2 limpers I raise. I get one more called and small blind calls, big blind raises and we all call. Flop Q97 w/ 2 diamonds. Blind bets, I raise a few call a few bold.
Turn some rag diamond, now 3 suited, he bets, I call, all fold.
River 4th diamond, he bets, I raise, he folds showing AA, no diamond. I show my 86 off w/ no pair, no diamond. Nearly $200 pot he folds for $12 and tilts away another $250 after that hand and leaves.
2) 8/16, A  10 in the big. 4 limp (which was odd for this table) so I raise. Flop Q J  9 . I bet out w/ my straight and flush draw, several call, one raises, I 3 bet all call.
On the turn, I dark bet-turn is no help but only one calls.
River blank, I check to him and he checks. I show my A10 and he shows a 10 and mucks.....sweet! Big pot on A high. I assume he much have had 10 7, or worse suited, anything else would have won.
3) 8/16, limp w/ Q10 off and get raised and 3 bet, I was between and called both-6-7 way pot. Flop 97x rainbow and player on my right opens, I make 2 bets and another makes it 3, 4-5 call. Turn 10, good, but still not great. Checked to me and I get. This got the "look" from the 3 better, he and one other call. River K and I bet again. Both call-Q9 vs A9. I am a fish!
4) 8/16, preflop raise w/ 3-4 callers and I call w/ K  10 . Flop J J  5 . Blind opens w/ a bet, all call, LP raises, we all call. I am looking to represent the trips Js late, who would raise here when you cant get someone off a club draw anyway? So I think I can pop the turn or river if something hits.
Turn 9 -sweet! Now I actuallly have outs. Blind bets, all call.
River 3 or 4 Checked to me, I bet, all fold, blind calls. I show my flush and he looks at others around the table and just shakes his head.
I made a few other ridiculous plays raising w/ bottom pairs or gutshots vs aggressive players and rivering 2 pair or runner runner str8s. I knew it was going to be a big night late at 8/16 when someone accused me of always playing junk. Sure, I will proudly show junk, but when I come in raising w/ AA I get people going all the way to the river w/ 2nd pair.
Also, I rarely make "creative" plays like this. When I do, it is in multi way pots where I will get paid off if it works. But people remember these, not the hands where I raise w/ AK flop top pair and bet the entire way. It makes you incredibly hard to read, so you can raise on the bigger streets and still get your action.

Oh, and the guy shaking his head was no doubt tight-aggressive and didn't know how to mix it up for shit which is why he is amazed when you go runner runner in a limit game. Love those guys

Nice, Dave. I wasn't going to ask for details. When it's all said and done, the important question is "how much?" not "how?"
