Okay... It's 5 a.m. and I've been playing a tourney for the past five hours. It's a small one (10 bucks) and I just used the remaining scraps of my UB roll to buy in. I even bought in late and had to be in on the alternates list...
Either way...
Here are the last three big hands of the tourney.....

AND THEN

AND THEN THE VERY NEXT HAND?

GG TOURNEY. GEE FREAKING GEE.

I think this is the first time I've seen you post a bad beat, supa. Awful luck there on each hand. It's tough being on the other end of those isn't it, luckbox.

You got what was coming to you. I mean you haven't had a bad beat in like 5 years.

lol.. you're basing this on what, exactly? The fact that I don't complain about my lumps as opposed to half the women here?

I've seen you play, you don't get bad beats.

So I bump into the guy from last night at my table of another tourney tonight. About half a dozen or a dozen hands in this baby happens:

He's got my number allright.

He's like the Anti-supa.

Yes, but I have no doubt you took him down at some point after that hand.

NO! HE'S LIKE THE FREAKING DEVIL.
Both of us got an early big stack and I carried it to the final table for a second straight night. I busted out in 10th though, and guess who was STILL IN?
He was near the bottom of the pack from when we were at ~80 people, and seemed to hover there for the rest of the tourney, but NEVER got finished off. If I see him again with me tonight I'm gonna scream.

Impossible. Everyone knows the devil's a woman. No man could be that evil.
I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that you won't run into him again and have the same luck against him. I know, deep down though, that you'd love to take him down.

Yeah these are just 200 or so person 10 buck tourneys. I may not even play them anymore... They were more for MTT practice than anything and I just happen to have done well a couple times.

In a .05/.10 $10NL game last night, after folding my 29s, I looked at my other table. When I look back at this one, the table is almost overflowing with chips as 4 people were all in pre-flop. AA vs. KK vs. QQ vs. 88.
Board was k8x x x...
Chance of AA holding up here (against 3 pocket underpairs) is ~.80^3?
