Today I thought I was having a good day. I made it to the finals of my tennis tourny even though I was tired as hell and played for 5 hours, hopefully I win the finals tommorow. Then I go home and have a $10 poker tourny with 7 people. I get heads up and am the shorter stack, but not by much. I chip some chips from him, then win an all in and leave him pretty damn short. This is when all the bad beats come. This guy has always rivered people for over 2 months, you would think he luck would go away. Basically he calls my all in with 5,2 and I have A,j/10. I hit one of my pairs but the board is a flush making us split the pot. Then he rivers a pair on the river when beat, and rivers a flush when beat, he didnt even have two suited cards. So I come in second, only making $10 extra expecting that I couldnt lose that tourny. The next tourny I went head up against a guy with a huge stack he gave me extra $10 and we just stopped it. Then in the next game, I am a pretty big stack and have a bit more then the human horse shoe. I raise pre flop with 8,8, and he calls. Then on the flop is rags and he calls my all in with A,J and of course rivers the ace. My stack would have been massive, and my day would have been such a great day.

So you came 2nd a few times and won a tennis tournament. Yep. Your day sounds like it sucked.

I didnt say it sucked, but it could have been a lot better because I should have came 1st 2nd, and would have had a huge stack in the third tourny. It just sucks when one guy keeps on rivering you.

Woot, I won my tennis tourny even though I felt so sick while playing. I should have probably went yesterday and bet on the bike races the rest of the players had yesterday.

Damn that sucks, but I would have won the tournament if I didnt notice something. In one hand the cards were dealt to the wrong person because we did not move the dealer button. So we swapped cards without seeing. We both went all in and he had A,K and I had A,J. This is when he made his big double up, and if I did not notice I would have gotten the A,K and he would have gotten the A,J making me win.
