Which game do you think has the highest amount of bad beats, and which one has the lowest amount of bad beats, according to your experience, limit, no limit cash games, or sit and go....
i would say there are most beats in limit games, people seem to play anything, and it's funny when they say i played 23s because it was suited (and thats's even after a raise)... the least amount of bad beats is in sit and gos., specially when the blinds are high, crap hands don't get played much... while i believe that no limit cash games are somewhere in the middle...
this is why i don't play limit anymore, even though i must say i played it today, and people were winning with crap hands... i am looking to play more sit and gos, the most i i play at the moment are no limit 1/2....
this might look like a stupid question to some, but it was something i thought of today....
cheers

I think in 2-7 seven card stud your hand has a pretty bad habit of going totally south on you.

Stud8 limit probably has the worst bad beats that I've ever seen.
O8 limit is a close second.
Hold em has very few in general.

Depends on our definition, I think. Draw lowball has gotta be home to the most painful ones, at least from my experiences. Until you see somebody cold-call, draw 3, and beat your 76 with a 64, you haven't lived.
5Stud is clearly the winner for 'least bad beats.' It's also clearly the winner for 'This game is way too easy against bad players' and home to the only variant where I can legitimately say that over 90% of my sessions have been winners

Well, if you did, I guess that would put a damper in my 'game with the least bad beats' theory, huh?
