What to read next?

Any suggestions?

I've read both Harrington volumes, Gordon's Little Green Book, Hellmuth's Poker Like the Pros, and Sklansky's Theory of Poker. Looking for something new to get into. I might get a book on tells and a book on theory.

If you play live very often, I would suggest Caro's Book of Tells. Also, a copy of SS2 probably wouldn't hurt either.

I don't play live enough, but I'm working on that a lot lately trying to play live games rather than internet. I think that was the one I was looking at because I heard it's THE book on tells. And I think I know so it's a stupid question, but what's SS2? I'm going to kick myself I think but have to ask.

Super System 2. Figured it out. Should I not bother with part 1?

I own and have read both. SS2 is really a rehash of SS1, updated with a section on online play. I would reccomend just getting SS2.

Step 1: Get Small Stakes Hold'em by Miller, Sklansky, and Malmuth.
Step 2: Maybe look into SS2.
Step 3: Forget everything you read in Hellmuth's book.

Just got it this weekend. It seems to be all about limit hold 'em, but the strategy is very helpful so far. Really enjoying it.

Wasn't available at B&N, but that and Caro's book are next on my list.

Done ... except the part where he tells people to read Sklansky. :D

I just bought "Kill Phil" from Amazon.com. It hasn't arrived yet, but its theories intrigue me ... especially as a player who tends to be too tight too often.

Here's a link, if you're interested:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0929712242/qid=1147114952/sr=2-1/ref=pd_bbs_b_2_1/104-3630927-8599938?s=books&v=glance&n=283155

Note: I am not endorsing the book. I haven't even read it yet. I just think it's good to read a ton of different viewpoints. At the very least, you can see why other guys play the way they do ... and possibly counter it.
