NL cash

I'm not too sure of how to phrase this question. Basically, I've been playing small stakes NL cash alot more frequently latley and been winning as well. This question is pretty general, but in terms of BB/hour or total BB in one session, how do you determine what has been a sucsessful session?

Is +3-4 BB a good session?
How about +2BB/hour?

I'm just confused as to how to analyze my stats after seeing such a large variety of sessions.
Any input on this would be appreciated.

In no limit it is pretty common to refer to profit as big blinds, often as PTBB which is short for 'pokertracker big blind'.

There can be some confusion when going from Fixed Limit games where winrate is often written as BB/100, and here BB is short for 'big bet' while it is still short for Big Blind when used about the game in general.

Writing NL big blinds as PTBB avoids confusion between the terms. I think at small stakes NL Hold'Em 6-8PTBB/100 hands is seen as a pretty sustainable winrate for a good player (over the long haul).

You don't usually count profit per time intervall, because the number of hands you play in a certain period of time/session can easily change.

Thanks Tame, that helps me out. My current PTBB/100 is 9.38 after 180 total sessions (all records begin in mid-January), so I guess I'm doing okay atm.
