Playing 0.50/1.00 FL ring. Have 10-4 offsuit in the big blind, couple of callers including small blind and no raise so I check.
FLOP comes 10-4-5 with two diamonds so I've got two pair. Small blind (pretty reasonable player) immediately bets. I don't like the diamonds and figure SB has an OK kicker so I want as many out as I can manage and raise. Other two players fold and SB thinks a bit and calls.
TURN: 5 (10-4-5-5). Ouch. My two pair is now counterfeited and I'm convinced I'm out kicked. SB checks and I check.
RIVER: 4 (10-4-5-5-4) Whoooeeeee. Full Boat. SB bets, I raise, he calls and I win.
He was suitably disgusted but took it well. And I darn sure deserved a suck out in my favor. (Had previously ben dealt KK, flopped the set, betting like crazy the whole while but board developed 10-Q-K-A and a bozo with J-2 offsuit took it.)

It's always nice when the poker gods shine their light upon you for once. I think I should take hands like that and frame them up on the wall beside me so that I can remind myself of them every time I get sucked out on.

I should do this as well. Although, after the 6 month cold streak, I take them pretty well right now. Sadly, I've gotten to expect it. Had two pretty nasty ones last night that cost me $128 combined. Ah well, that's poker.
Nice hand, BTW. That Kk hand made me cringe though. Ugh. :x
