He only had $33 to start the hand, so I re-raise him all-in on the flop. A set of kings is very unlikely here, the same with a set of 5s or 6s as you have 65. Now he could have K5 or K6, but he could just as well have a naked king. His stack is too short for me to fold.

i'm gonna pull a dave here...

fold preflop

suited connectors are great, but you need more ppl around for it to make it worth playing...not to mention your position is terrible...if somebody raises behind you, yer in terrible shape

but if i found myself in this situation somehow accidentally....he could very easily have K5 or K6....he should be putting you on KQ, 55, or 66...he could be bluffing the flush or straight draw...i dunno about your play...I think i'd hafta rely on how i felt about how the villain has been acting this game....

I agree with Johny...this hand is worth losing $30 if he has a higher 2 pr.

oh crap, i didnt realize his little chip stack...obviously this would push me more towards being aggressive....dude shouldnt even be at the table w/ that small a stack

The fact he min bet the flop makes it seem like he wants someone to re riase him, and he woudlnt want to be re riased holding a hand like K10 etc, so i felt it was very likely he had two pair, i didnt think hed have trips. Or 7s8s, of which I am a slight underdog to anyway. I didnt think I would even call to try and boat it up. Then I put in a nice re raise, and min re riases, this is clear hes inducing action and wanting a double up, if he had KJ or straight or flush draw , i really think he would just shove it ll in, no tricks. I only felt i was beat when he min re raised, i only drew this conclusions after the re raise by him.

There isn't many hands that beat you. I take my chances here and get all the money in.

If the stacks were deeper then it *may* be a different story.

As for the folding preflop... ignore.

I love people who do that when I am playing them. It gives me some vital information about what types of hands they raise with or what kind of cards they like to enter with.

Good laydown. I am not one who like to play suited connectors out of position. They can get you into trouble. With position then yeah I am playing them and usually coming in raising them if everyone behind me has limped.
