It just fu cking kills me ,
AA10j double suited. Bet the pot on the cut off, 2 callers.
flop
577
check check I bet 1/2 the pot call call
turn J
check check I bet the asme as my flop bet, expecting if they have a 7 they will show it now with a re-raise ro theyll try and check to me on the river again and ill jsut check the river.
Now the river
7
So now all im thinking is , ok I have 2nd nuts save for 4 of a kind. And 4 of a kind..... that doesnt happen very often guy bets the pot and before i could scream " oh f*ck me " I hit my call button.
sure enough , 1 carded quads.
So the question, If there are 3 of 1 card on board , are you to assume more often there is 1 carded quads - statistically speaking? of course reads come into play , But im just wondering because everyone gets 4 down cards , that means your more likly up against the 1 carded quads right?
I would have folded but it was .01-.02 pot limit , so what do i care , ill pay to see it

Yes it is more likely... with each person holding 4 hole cards instead of 2, it happens a considerably higher amount of the time.
Also, you do not have second nuts. JJ is second nuts.

The likelyhood that someone has the card to complete three to the board is greater.
The likelyhood of trips hitting the board should be roughly the same.
