So basiically I just entered a 1/2 limit table and have seen one go around, still not too much info on players. I get QQ in the small bind with 5 limpers in front. I raise and get reraised by the big blind, I assume he has KK or AA. All limpers call. I cap the bet. Good/bad play? I figure if im gonna go up against a dominating hand I want as much money in there from other ppl as possible. flop comes 994 two spades. I bet out. BB raises, 3 callers, I also call. Turn is a 3rd spade, I check, BB bets, 1 caller, I call. River is a 3rd 9. I check, BB bets, its folded to me, I call. I figure he has me beat, but for the size of the pot I don't think I can lay this down. What do you guys think of my play?

So you just sit down and he reraises preflop and you assume he has AA/KK. That's some assumption imo. You have to call the river.

In my opinion it was ok to play QQ. That the big blind reraised you does not necessarily mean that he has a strong hand. Many players assume a raise from the small blind to be a bluff and reraise with small pocket pairs.
After the flop of 994 you are very likely to be in front. With QQ in first position you should definitely bet this. The rest depends on how your opponents react on your bet. If the table is a wild one with everybody raising and reraising you would probably call a raise. On a tight table you would fold on a raise because you must expect a set of nines. etc.
Needless to say that you are 99%+ in front after the third nine on the river. I wouldn't take the danger of KK, AA or a fourth 9 too serious unless you get raised by a rock. But according to your description the table does more look like a bunch of gamblers trying their luck with medium pocket pairs and high card draws.
