Who plays bad here?

.25/.50 NL Holdem at Pokerchamps (6 handed). I got K Heart Q Club and i raise to 1,75 dollars UTG. its folded to the blinds, who both calls. Flop comes

Q Spade J Diamond 6 Spade

Pot is 5 bucks and i bet 4.

SB folds and BB raise me all in!
thats a huge overbet, because his stack at this point is 25 bucks, so the raise is 21 bucks into a 9 bucks pot.

I think for a while and decide to call, because i know the player and know that he dont make those moves with better than a pair.

turn is blank and river is Spade .

He shows J Spade 10 Spade

I got mad and said that his play was horrible, because he would only get called by better hands, i actually find out that he was a 50,4% favourite, but i wonder who made the right/wrong move here? (we discussed this a lot)

Technically, you both made the right move. With second pair plus a flush draw and backdoor straight draw, he had a very good shot at either semi-bluffing and winning right there, or by winning at showdown. You of course, if you knew what he had, would still call, because the extra money in the pot compensates for your slight disadvantage against him.

And also, there are times where he might flip over just second pair, as you said you know him and he makes that move with his marginal pairs.

Read dependant move here and you made the right move.

I play against a guy who makes these types of moves all the time. He has a interesting strat of constant pressure with draws and if he hits the flop with his draw he gets really aggresive. He's a tricky player who will force you to make decisions A LOT.

Rather than deciding if he played it horrible, consider what range of hands it was ok to call HIM with, and make your play. If he knows YOU he probably realizes you can't or won't call him with most hands there so he wins more than looses, and has outs if he's wrong. Constant pressure against players who are out to do the right thing all the time is a great way to blow them up, it's what Doyle's book is all about. Force a better player to lay a hand down. So you can either make your stand and live with it, or lay it down.

Just my thoughts

If you really want a decision, I think you both played it well, you made a good call, he made a good play.
