I think this is a great flop for you really... anyone who called your preflop raise with say AQ would have had to bet there I'd think. Your PF raise should have eliminated most of the other hands that would have hit that flop hard. If someone's got trips oh well, you can't assume someone hit trips every flop.
Raise half pot to pot size.

I just bet the pot, you want to take this down now and if you are not ahead you need to give hands that beat you a reason to fold, and flush draws a steep price. If you get called, consider slowing down on the turn.
I like pot size bets most of the time in SNG's, I mix it up a little but for the most part pot is what to expect from me, so take that into consideration.
Are you really playing a 2k SNG?

Betting the pot leaves him with only 800 chips. A smaller bet means less risk to get the same information.
