Based on his stack size alone, with your read on him, I'd say your play was fine.

Johny..well done man...nothing to be ashamed of there. You played it like a pro bud and walked with this donks' money. Way to go... Smile

I think both of you played this hand fine. Maybe his raise preflop was wrong, but his play on the flop was solid, considering his stack size, he was getting 2 to 1 on his money with an oesd and 2 overs.

he was right somewhat he had more outs then You
Any Jack So 3 there
The 8's or the K's
so thats 8 more so 11 outs vs your six outs in your mind reay five outs

I moved in, I don't need outs unless he calls and I'm behind. This wasn't the case either.

Villain should learn to refil when he's under 20$ in 50$NL, then the hand would have played out differently. You both seemed to play it right but he has no reason to complain about your play.

Also, the fact that he's complaining about bad play in general reflects his inteligence.

Aggressive play Johny. Not sure I would have played it that way, but you went with your read and got your and his $$ in when you had the best hand. I do think he was justified in calling with his outside draw + overs (if he thought both the Q and J were good). Anyway, don't worry about what others say...just agree and keep taking their money. Smile

This is the most important factor here. You've obviously done your homework on the player. wp

The only thing I don't understand is why you care what this guy says or thinks.

I don't really care, but I've been called a donk often lately and was just trying to figure out why.

In general, your opponents won't like it when you win. Sometimes they express this in the chatbox.

Not me...
Nope, I'm always thrilled when the showdown proves the guy's had the best of me and I look like an idiot. Can't wait to compliment him!
