I've recently gotten into widgets and they're amazing. I have a widget for stocks, weather and my email.
Just curious, has anyone found a widget for online poker? It would have your bankroll and possibly a list of open games.
What you guys think?
Did you know that participating in a poker forum can help you improve your own game? Be it by sharing experiences or simply asking for help, participation in a forum helps you focus and keep 'on topic' which will help you improve your game. You can learn from other players feedback and from their experiences. Why the THP poker forums? We offer one of the best managed texas holdem poker forums available, and the community within is far more friendly than those typicaly found on other sites. We've made a 'lurkers edition' of the poker forum available here on Holdem Poker Online, but we encourage all visitors to register and join in on the conversations on TexasHoldem-Poker.com

Widgets are basically highly specialized programs that do one or two things. They usually sit on your desktop so you have easy access to them. They do things like give you weather reports, tell the time, traffic reports, stock tickers... etc. Basically they're used for things that you reference many times a day, and dont want to go through the hassle of checking on the web for it constantly.

Yeah, thanks really. Did not want to seem dumb, but I turned out to be lagging behind on that one...(
So, basically, a widget is something that a customized google start page would do or even what google desktop does when working in the full version, right?
How do you get them, btw? Are they free to download or do you need to buy one?
