Heads up, blinds are 1/2.
You: K 3 offsuit on the button ( You don't have a club )
Villian checks, bets to 6, Villian calls.
Flop is K x  x
Villian checks, bets 12, Villian calls.
Turn is x
Villian checks, Bets 20, Villian calls
River is x
Villian pushes all in about pot sized. You call and show your kings, villian mucks and you win.

Don't get me wrong, i would have never called this, but poker involves making judgement calls. You made a judgement your hand was the best and you were correct.

Bad call....flush possability was too great. I most likely couldn't have made this call unless my read on this player told me I should.

Well the Villian was me. Bad bluff by me I guess. I was basically raising every hand and he was generally just folding. This was just a friendly game between a relative of mine.

Was this a HUNL cash game or SNG format?
I assume HUNL, if that's the case then the stacks are important here as well as any reads you have on buddy.
Reads are just so important when it comes to HUNL that I could never really make a decisions in these games without them.

Terrible call I think. I would read his constant checking as a weak player hoping to catch a flush.
Perhaps he was on a straight draw in that case? Not really sure what he was sticking around for if not the flush... especially if he couldn't beat Kings.
