Odds of making a pair of Aces

Does anyone know what the odds would be when holding an A-x and no
other aces are flopped but then sticking in the game and turning
or rivering 1 more ace to make a pair?

I'm just wondering if at times the odds make it worth staying in
for if there are no flush or straight draws on the board and it
looks like a high pair is gonna win the pot.

Someone mentioned in a previous post about giving 2% per out. Would that equate to only about a 12% chance of hitting another aces on 4th or 5th streets? (3 aces left x 2 for turn = 6% / 3 aces left x 2 for river = 6%)

Exact odds of hitting a second ace with two cards to come = 12.9%

Odds of hitting trip aces with two cards to come = 0.3%

Oh, and I forgot to post this stat:

You're playing online and someone else has Ax, you have KK, no aces or kings fall on the flop. There are no possible straight or flush draws, and no pairs on board either. The odds of your opponent hitting an ace on turn or river after you go all-in is 100%. Happens every freaking time.
