Several eBay sellers have a product called 22 (or 21) years of the World Series of Poker on DVD. Has anyone purchased or seen this? If so, is it worth having?

A friend of mine ordered one and never received it and could never get in touch with the guy. As far as I know, it's just old ESPN recordings burned to DVD.
