So my $10 NL extended SnGs have been going very well lately so today i tried a little $25 buy-in extended SnG.. just to see if i could score a little bigger price with it.
And i came in 2nd place! play went just like the usual. doubled up through a guy when i had JJ on a 10 high board he held K-10.... survived and picked up pots on the flop here and there....
when it got down to 3 handed i had about 3000 and the other two both had around 6000 and 7000... normally i am hammering the table shorthanded but this one guy was such a bad player (from the start, called a huge raise in the first hand with 9-4 suited in the small blind, called all the way down with KK on an ace high board.. etc.) so i just waited for HIM to make mistakes and knock himself out. and it happened too... then it was heads-up and i was in it to win it. i doubled up some and i had like 4000 now. then he called my A-8s all-in with a K-Qs (douchebag). i got an ace right away but he catched a runner runner flush. would i have doubled there like i shouldve i feel like couldve taken first place easily against this guy. good to know! 2nd place was $65 by the way.

Heh.. I just played a $10+$1 buy-in 2 table tournament on party poker. (from the $30 free i got from PP). 2nd place; $60.

extremely disapointed though... look at these 2 hands that knocked me out. unbelievable
first this one, i figure he has a 5 and is dead to one out. so i let him dump his chips in pretty much dead. then the river comes to screw the day
