my friend is gonna be home til monday, im gonna try to put the results each day, at least the overall results. hopefully monday night im not gonna be totally sick reading this.
the first two games i play really well, make some nice calls with middlish pairs when it looks like hes bluffing, and i end up winning the first 2 games, im ahead 2-0.
next game i have wired aces we go all in after the flop, he had wired jacks. preflop im ahead 82%-18%. he has flopped a set. i lose that game. the next game i think he hits runner runner kings to beat my middle pair. now its tied 2-2. next game i have like 10 something, flop is like king 10 king. he bluffs all in on the turn, i call with 2 pair. he has nothing, jack 7. he can only win with a jack on the river. of course he catches the jack. now hes ahead 3-2. the next game i have top pair queens and 4 to the flush. i go all in, he calls with an inside str8 draw. it cant be a heart because id make a flush, he has 2 cards in the entire deck. of course he makes his inside str8 on the river. i was ahead at the point so i have maybe 1/4 - 1/3 of the chips left. i make it back to being ahead again. then i get wired aces again. we go all in after the flop again. he had wired 10s. again im ahead 82%-18% preflop. he flopped nothing, he is dead to a 10, of course he makes a 10 on the river.
3 times in the last two games he is dead to 1 card and he makes it every single time. the game b4 that he cracks my wired aces with a set. i really do not believe this absolute garbage. i should at worst be ahead 5 -1. at worst. instead im down 4-2. thanks to him hitting his 1 and only 1 card at least 3 times. he calls an all in with an inside str8 , he calls it with nothing another time, both times he makes his card. he cracks wired aces with an underpair twice. im used to losing to him on flush draws, well it turns out it is even more depressing to lose to 5-7% on the river.
hopefully an absolute miracle will happen and ill win the hands when im all in with 95% advantage. i wouldnt count on it.

after day 2 im down 14 to 9, just the usual runner runner straights, suckouts, unbelievable one outers, i cannot hit anything when i have both a flush & str8 draw, it continues! at least i won at the casino on blackjack.

so i lost in poker a total of 19 to 10. it is just incredible how 95% of the games i go all in with by far the best hand, usually my friend can only get 1-2 cards to win, and he just makes it 99% of the time. literally out of 29 games i was all in with the worst hand 2 times. that was when i think i had some pair and he flopped top pair. twice on the last day i flop 2 pair, once he makes a flush on the turn, the other time on the river he makes a higher 2 pair. it is absolutely amazing how lucky my friend is. i think if anyone on this board played my friend they would just shake their head and wanna quit playing poker forever. but maybe it is just me who has the worst luck in the world and cant win anytime when i have 95% advantage. out of the 19 games he won, he maaaybe won 5 legitimately where he didnt get a 3% suckout on the river. those games he was just lucky to flop a set, flop 2 pair, or top pair, and of course for him it holds up. the other 14 games he won every single game he either caught runner runner to win, or hit a card on the river, maybe a couple on the turn. he cracked my wired aces with a lower pair twice, one game he goes all in on the first hand with ace 7, i call with ace queen, he hits runner runner str8 to beat me. and that happened nearly every game he won.
one of the things he liked to do is make a bet after the flop, when of course i dont hit anything on the flop, and i have to fold because i cant make a bluff because he'll call anything i bet even if he has absoluetely nothing cause he knows he'll suckout. he could bet 50 and i go all in for 400 and he'll still call, so i cannot bluff him. so i just layed my hand down and waited and hoped to flop something, which i rarely ever did. in 29 games i didnt get dealt a single ace king, ace jack, and i got 1 ace queen and 1 ace 10.
luckily i won some money back on videogames and then at the casino i hit a slot for 1800 quarters so i had a good weekend overall but playing poker against my friend is just simply mindblowing.
