Forgot to copy the HH.
Hero has AT on the button, 7 players remaining in a $11 SnG. Blinds 25/50, Hero has 2k, SB has 3.5k, BB has 1.2k.
Folded to hero who raises to 150. SB calls, BB folds.
Flop comes A-3-T.
SB checks. Hero checks (slowplay ok?).
Turn is a K.
SB checks, Hero bets 230, BB raises to 460.
Hero re-raises all-in.
Villain calls, showing 33 for trip 3's.
I can't fold to that min-raise against an aggressive player, can I?

You mean the BB check raised you? A very odd play to check twice and then raise after a bet, especially with AK10 on board. If you had checked behind and a Q or J had fallen he'd be frozen from betting at the end. Unless he was fairly certain you'd bet out after 2 rounds of checking it looks like a silly move on his part. That being said, always beware of the min raise, it practically begs for a call. I can't see many people bluffing with that type of bet on that board.
I'd prolly end up paying him off because it was a weird play, but i'd be pissed at myself for not laying it down.

I wouldn't slowplay the flop because any 2 picture cards have a gutshot and you'll get action from any ace. There are a lot of worse hands that will call a flop bet. You should start building a pot; this is a good hand to get all-in with.
I probably wouldn't be able to fold the way you played it and I wouldn't be able to fold it if I bet the flop.

I play it differently as well, but most likely go broke with it. Too many players will overplay good aces here for you to lay it down.
I would have definitely led at the flop though because I don't eant to give QJ (a definite completing/limping hand) a free shot to beat me.

If I am raising pf, I like to bet on the flop. Contnuation ftw. Although in a $10 I will be going broke in your situation most probably.

I would have bet the flop.
If he raised , I'd probably think I'm in front, but wont put more chips into it.
If he calls , I'd probably think I'm in front, but might get worried about the turn.
In most cases, I'll probably call an allin, but I don't think I will push for one.(in this hand)
I hate small set played badly
