I like it.
I like the raise on the flop because you want to narrow the field if possible.I like the bet on the turn because he could be on a draw or have a weaker queen or medium pair. No reason to bet the river.

I liked the raise pre-flop as Johny said. Not sure I would have bet when that A hit. You only had TPGK to that point. You could have been playing into a set. I would have checked the river and then just called if villian bet unless it was an absurd bet, then figure your beat.
All in all nicely played.

Thanks for the replys
I figured when the A hit, if I was behind on the flop, I'm still behind. If I was ahead, I'm still ahead (unless he's one of those players who call the flop w/ just overcards, but I haven't seen him do it yet)

Why slow down when the A hits. If villian doesn't have an A, a 1/2 size pot bet and he may lay down.
By checking the A, its almost like announcing, "Hey, I don't have an A, so you can steal this by betting that A, even if you don't have one either."
To me that is weak poker. Granted, sometimes villian will have the A and will either smooth call to trap, or re-raise and then its an easy fold.
If you raise pre-flop, and bet the flop and get called, so long as the pot is not too big and the board is not really str8y or flushy, I bet the turn no matter what comes out, fire the proverbial 2nd bullet and take it down most of the time. Clearly the overcard is a scare card but it may be a scare card for villian as well. If he calls be wary, if he raises, easy lay down.
Its all about information gathering right? No bet, no info, and no bet there is a big tell, "I have no A, please take the pot"
The river check behind was smart.
If you have KK and raise up 4xbb preflop, 1 caller. Axx comes on the flop and you don't bet it, someone will steal it from you. Your pre-flop raise might be AK, they don't know. Act like you have the monster, AK, AA, bet and see where you are.

I'd rather have seen a raise in the CO preflop with a hand you were willing to play that fast with TPGK.
Outside of that I think you played it well, I really like the river check and I would have done the same thing most of the time.

well played.
checking the turn is a horrible mistake, and efram explains why quite nicely.

I wouldn't have done a thing different to be honest.
