I see on the site that they take credit cards and such, but see no area to actualy deposit money... is PS just play and no cash? or should i just go to partypoker? or is somewhere else better to start to play?

Stars is so much better than Party IMO.

If you arent gonna be depositing that much money. (Ie less than a couple hundred, I'd definately play at PokerStars, since they have smaller limits than party poker.)
